Now we are looking for a dynamic, outgoing and enthusiastic – Guest Activity & Recreation Assistant Event Manager with strong background and experience in running Guest activity and recreation to join our energetic, enthusiastic and passionate team at Grand Hyatt Bali.

The Guest Activity & Recreation Assistant Manager will be responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient of Recreation department in all aspect of the Fitness Center, Recreation facilities, pool and beach areas

As a Guest Activity & Recreation Assistant Manager , you will be reporting directly to Guest Activity & Recreation Manager and below are some of the key responsibilities:

· To ensure through effective supervision that all services offered in the Spa and Recreation facilities are always available and carried out with the utmost efficiency and courtesy as per the Departmental Operations Manual.
· To maintain a high profile within the Bay Club and all Spa & Recreation facilities by becoming involved with the activities, becoming a model of spa, fitness and health.
· To maintain good relations with all Club members and hotel guests.
· To develop schedule of activities for the resort with Director of Spa and recreation and Activities Coordinator and participate where required in the activities
· To continually educate and update oneself on the various components of the Club Operation, Maintenance and Growth, and to recommend to Management any new innovations and/or changes

Desired profile

Qualifications :

· Minimum of 2 years of solid experience as Assistant Recreation Manager in a large 5-star luxury hotel or resort.

· Diploma in Health Education, Hospitality or other relevant fields. A Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.

· Has a solid background of working in a high demand business environment.

· Has strong leadership skills, train and develop team, and is a role model.

· Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken.
