Job description

Duties and responsibilities related to the Revenue Manager role:

· Provide revenue accounting leadership and business best practices to the hotel.
· Ensure effective information gathering and analysis is conducted to identify and maximize all opportunities and mitigate any risks
· Integrate with other functions to maximize our guests, owners, and shareholder expectations
· Provide expertise and guidance to maximize occupancy and revenue generation through recommended pricing strategies and inventory management
· Review distribution channel strategies and provide efficient guidance
· Monitor and maintain the highest level of rate parity across channels
· Actively participate in the review of the Hotels’ annual budget and strategy plans
· Review monthly forecast room, events, and other revenue streams with the Hotel Leadership Committee
· Work with Digital, Loyalty Program, Analytics, and other Marketing Departments to ensure that all opportunities to increase RevPar are maximized

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualification:

·  Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Strategic Marketing, Hospitality, or Tourism management. An MBA would be an asset.
·  Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Revenue Executive, Marketing Manager, or Marketing Analyst.
·  Strategic orientation, as well as good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills, are a must.
·  Strong Excel skills, inclusive of reporting, presenting, and charting
