Demi Chef de Partie - Flexi (Monday - Friday)

Service periods: The restaurant is primarily open for lunch and dinner from Monday to Friday.

Schedule: Available working hours will vary each week, and can range anywhere from 0 to 40 hours.

Duties and responsibilities:

· Prepare and present dishes in accordance with standard recipes, ensuring proper garnishing and presentation before service.
· Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items, seasonal produce, and emerging culinary products.
· Collaborate with kitchen team members and develop positive working relationships with senior chefs and leaders.
· Supervise and support Commis Chefs and Apprentice Chefs as needed.
· Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safe equipment handling at all times.
· Actively contribute to minimizing food waste and supporting sustainability goals.
· Show initiative in problem-solving and continuously share knowledge across departments.

About You

Extensive experience in culinary operations with a proven ability to manage and support a designated kitchen section efficiently. Well-versed in contemporary food preparation techniques and trends, with a strong dedication to upholding food safety and hygiene standards.
