Job description
Position Summary:
The Night Manager is responsible for overseeing hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring a seamless guest experience, handling emergencies, and supporting the overnight team. As the senior-most leader on duty overnight, the Night Manager ensures guest satisfaction, team supervision, and compliance with safety and brand standards. Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred to support communication with diverse guest profiles.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all night operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, and Engineering to ensure smooth overnight functioning of the hotel and apartments.

Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD), handling guest concerns, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy.
·
Ensure a smooth night audit process and accurate end-of-day financial reconciliation.
·
Monitor arrivals, departures, and occupancy, ensuring all guest profiles and billing details are correctly handled.
·
Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure apartment-style accommodations are cleaned and turned over properly.
·
Conduct property walkthroughs to ensure security, safety, and cleanliness in all guest and staff areas.
·
Assist in emergency situations including fire alarms, evacuations, and guest incidents, following safety protocols.
·
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to night staff across departments.
·
Prepare shift reports for the senior leadership team, detailing key incidents, VIP movements, and occupancy insights.
·
Uphold brand standards and ensure guest satisfaction aligned with Hyatt values.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in Front Office or Operations, preferably in a 4-star hotel or serviced apartments.
·
Proficiency in English is mandatory; Arabic-speaking candidates strongly preferred.
·
Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
·
Familiarity with property management systems (Opera or similar).
·
Excellent communication and guest service orientation.
·
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations confidently.
·
Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
