Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and guest-focused Team Leader – Food & Beverage to support the daily operations of our dining outlets. The ideal candidate will assist in supervising the service team, ensuring consistent service quality, and upholding the standards of the Miraval brand.
Fluency in Arabic is required to effectively engage with our local guests and support the team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in the daily supervision of F&B colleagues during service operations.
· Ensure exceptional guest service by coaching team members and leading by example.
· Handle guest requests and feedback in a prompt and courteous manner.
· Ensure service areas are clean, well-stocked, and prepared for smooth operations.
· Support team scheduling, shift briefings, and operational checklists.
· Uphold hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times.
· Act as a liaison between the service team and management.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a food & beverage role within a luxury hotel, resort, or fine-dining outlet.
·  Proven leadership ability in a team-oriented environment.
·  Fluency in Arabic is required.
·  Good command of English (spoken and written).
·  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
·  A positive attitude, with a passion for guest service and attention to detail.
