Job description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join the opening team at Hyatt Place Tallinn.
As Hyatt’s first property in this exciting market, the hotel plays a key role in expanding the brand’s presence and growth in the region.
Your Role
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving pre-determined revenue targets while maintaining effective sales programs and handling multi-faceted projects. Your role will involve operational, customer service, financial, marketing, and administrative responsibilities to drive sales growth and maintain high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Responsibilities:
· Conduct professional sales calls using Hyatt’s Consultative Selling principles and SMART Selling philosophies.
· Pre-qualify and target prospects using the hotel database.
· Conduct telemarketing activities to identify new business opportunities.
· Conduct hotel inspections for clients and establish strong contacts for upcoming events.
Customer Service:
· Conduct hotel inspections for clients as required.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with established clientele.
· Liaise with operation departments to meet guest expectations.
· Handle guest and employee inquiries efficiently.
Financial Responsibilities:
· Achieve monthly and annual personal sales targets contributing to overall sales revenue.
· Develop and review a Personal Business Plan aligned with the Hotel’s Annual Business Plan.
Marketing Responsibilities:
· Conduct competitor research and maintain product knowledge.
· Monitor local, national, and international market trends.
· Ensure high exposure for the hotel through direct sales solicitation.
Administrative Responsibilities:
· Keep complete records of Sales Agreements, Contracts, and Quotations.
· Establish a trace file to track booked business
· Submit timely sales reports.

· Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and build successful sales strategies.
· Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
