We are seeking a passionate and qualified Nutritionist to join our opening team and bring our culinary wellness philosophy to life.

About the Role:
As the in-house Nutritionist, you will work closely with the Executive Chef and Wellness team to ensure all culinary offerings align with Miraval’s wellness values. You will play a key role in creating nutrient-dense, balanced menus and providing personalized guidance to guests seeking transformative health and lifestyle experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with Culinary, Spa, and Programming teams to develop wellness-centric menus and offerings.
· Provide one-on-one nutrition consultations and facilitate group workshops for guests.
· Support menu development across outlets, ensuring options for various dietary needs and preferences.
· Ensure nutritional accuracy and ingredient transparency, especially in the wellness café and satellite kiosk.
· Participate in wellness retreats, culinary classes, and signature experiences.
· Contribute to colleague training on nutritional awareness and the benefits of ingredients.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Certified and experienced Nutritionist or Dietitian (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics preferred).
·  Strong foundation in integrative nutrition, culinary nutrition, or holistic wellness.
·  Passion for health, sustainability, and the transformative power of food.
·  Experience in luxury hospitality, wellness resorts, or health retreats is highly desirable.
·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a guest-centric mindset.
·  Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
