About the Role:
We are seeking warm, welcoming, and professional Hosts/Hostesses to be the face of our dining venues. As a key point of contact for guests, you will create the first and last impressions of the dining experience and help set the tone for service excellence throughout the resort.

What We’re Looking For:
An engaging personality with a natural flair for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for guest interaction. Ideal candidates will be calm under pressure, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attentiveness and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet and welcome guests with warmth and genuine hospitality
· Manage reservations and walk-in seating using a digital system
· Escort guests to tables and provide menus
· Coordinate seating plans and maintain flow during busy periods
· Answer guest questions and provide accurate information about the menu and resort offerings
· Support restaurant team in creating a seamless and personalized dining experience
· Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the host station and entry area

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Previous experience as a Host/Hostess in a luxury or fine dining setting is preferred
·  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
·  Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
·  Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
·  Friendly, confident, and guest-focused personality
