Job description
You will be responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Proficiency in Mandarin and English are preferred.
· Knowledgeable in computer skills, particularly in the use of MS Office and email
· Work experience in Hotel/ Resort or Hospitality service
· Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
· Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
