As F&B Manager you will responsible to ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel.

Qualifications :

This position is only for Indonesian

·  Having at least 2 years experience in luxury hotel operations in the same position.
·  Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
·  Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
·  In-depth knowledge of food and beverage products, trends, and industry best practices.
·  Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
·  Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
·  Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
·  Understanding of food safety standards.
