Job description

The Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will see you primarily responsible for the supervision of accounts payable, as well as general ledger and end of month processing.

Responsibilities
• Accounts Payable Management
• General ledger reconciliation
• Month end processing, inventory and reporting
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Assist with ensuring the accuracy of all account allocations and provide financial analysis as needed
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be Successful
• Diploma in Accountancy or SPM/ LCCI Certificate related with accountancy
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or finance, preferably in the hospitality industry
• You will have excellent written and communication skills
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
