Job description

Responsibilities:

· Develop the sales, catering, and events strategy of all the hotel's points of sale in close collaboration with the operational department managers.
· Foster business with proactive and reactive sales efforts.
· Ensure the deployment of tactics to support the ambitious positioning of our property.
· Establish and monitor effective training programs for employees, in coordination with the training director.
· Support the strengthening of Hyatt's values.
· Meet and exceed all monthly revenue and sales call goals.
· Be the face of the hotel at all industry events with property representation of professionalism and character.

·  Dynamic leadership style with superior communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

·  Essential interpersonal, administrative, and financial skills.
·  In-depth knowledge of the sales functions of the luxury segment (AMEX FHR, Signature, Serandipians) to accompany both an international and domestic strategy.
