Job description

You will be responsible to lead the team of hostess and servers to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to the customers in your assigned outlet. The Captain - Outlet is responsible to assist the Outlet Manager and Supervisor in ensuring that the outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.

Qualifications :

·  Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
·  Ideally with a university degree/diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management.
·  Work experience in a restaurant or hotel F&B Outlet is essential.
·  Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
