We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Digital Product Analyst.
Principal Responsibilities
· Responsible for capturing, analysing and documenting business requirements, creation of epics and writing user stories and managing product backlog
· Support with the translation of business requirements and designs into more detailed functional requirement
· Creates analysis of customer journeys, current and future business process flow, and product functionality
· Support the business owner to prioritise product backlog by providing insight based on business knowledge, investigations, and analysis
· Responsible for investigating operational issues and new opportunities to boost efficiency. Provide initial high-level options for solution design, factoring feasibility (commercial, business, technical, delivery, etc.) and business / change impact
· Manage the delivery of complex external and internal customer experience enhancement initiatives from design through to release
· Work directly with various stakeholders across multiple geographies, such as Product Owners, Business Analysts, UI & UX Designers, and Digital teams to produce accurate delivery estimates and manage the transition from analysis through to design and delivery
· Ensure risks and issues are identified and managed closely and remove project delivery blockers
· Drive all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standards
· Contribute to post implementation reviews to demonstrate success and progress of projects
· Develop various project documentation to stakeholders (e.g., Project Plan, Status Report, Implementation checkpoints, training document, user manual and communication)
· Supporting the delivery production line (development, testing and implementation) ensuring digital deliverables meet business requirements and are fit for purpose to release to customer
Requirements
· Knowledge of Capital Markets Trading products (Stocks, Bonds, Structured Products, and FX) and related trade flows project delivery experience will be an advantage
· Extensive experience in gathering business requirements and conducting design activity, with a mix of business, operations and technology focused projects
· Proven ability to work across regions whilst maintaining a global perspective
· Sound judgmental skills to identify and resolve problems
· Ability to adopt a growth mindset and proactively identify and bring about change opportunities
· Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective change process
· University graduate in related disciplines or other relevant qualifications
· Effective communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills
· Excellent decision making and problem-solving ability
