We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

·  Lead the implementation of Cloud integration, creating working patterns of cloud native technologies like Kubernetes engine and migrating existing workloads to GCP
·  Implement architecture for hybrid applications on Google Cloud Platform services such as Google Compute (Computer Engine, Kubernetes Engine), Storage (Cloud Storage, Persistent Disk), Identity (Cloud Identity, Cloud IAM), Security (Cloud Security Command Center, Cloud Security Scanner), Networking (VPC, Cloud Load Balancing), and Management Tools (Stack driver Overview, Monitoring, Logging)
·  Lead the build to meet NFRs such as security, performance, scalability and observability. Coordinate testing in this area
·  Implement process/system to project the cloud consumptions costs as accurately as possible
·  Drive automation for current user activities including automated testing, deployments, validations and backouts.
·  Coordinate internal/external approvals for specific GCP patterns, external hosting and all needed integrations and capabilities
·  Facilitate the adoption of cloud information security architecture through consultation, training, white papers, and open discussion
·  Involve actively in the design of high-level and low-level architecture design of On-premises development, test, staging and production environment to Google cloud platform.
·  Resolving all the technical and process blockers for cloud migration/Adoption
·  Ensuring right amount of various testing (functional, performance, Security etc) is performed
·  Closely coordianate with Archiect on architecture design
·  Be accountable for end to end delivery of infrastructure (though coordination), business logic and integrations for Cloud migration programme
·  Building trusted relationships with business & IT stakeholders
·  Working with the key stakeholders to understand emerging customer needs and opportunities, and new projects.
·  Be able to understand complex business requirements, new technologies and be able to influence teams to adopt new practices.
·  Be capable of making complex decisions and resolving escalations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

·  Extensive hands-on experience building end to end cloud native solutions,  preferably on GCP
·  Ability to define platforms and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution using best practices on GCP
·  Understanding of cloud infrastructure and application deployments using Google cloud formation scripts
·  Understanding of the cloud information security architecture, in line with current and future enterprise architecture
·  Understanding of big data and machine learning system pipelines
·  Understanding of system design to implement for reliability using appropriate logging, altering and monitoring mechanisms
·  Experienced in managing and influencing complex stakeholders at all levels within IT and the business, plus building lasting relationships
·  Strong influencing, written and verbal communication skills
·  Leadership experience, including managing a team of IT resources
·  Background in Agile and the adoption of best practises.
·  Experience working within the Credit decision systems and / or Fraud IT domain (desirable)
