We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Process Business Analyst

Principal responsibilities

·  Translate & Refine Business Strategy into Finance Data Provisioning Operating Model
·  Champion Operational Capabilities within the Programme
·  Design, Implement and Drive Process & Controls improvements across the Programme
·  Support Change, Design and Delivery, whilst working closely with Finance, IT, Risk & the Business
·  Identify and manage impacts of Change to the operating model, and the activities required to ensure effective Programme Implementation
·  Analyse, review, and test the current operating model against the strategic direction, uplift and revise where needed

Requirements

·  Experience of Finance-related operating model definition and implementation
·  Global Strategic Finance Programmes & Agile Change Delivery/Management Experience
·  Proven track record of managing, developing and sustaining effective working relationships with stakeholders
·  In depth familiarity of coordinating requirements gathering, documentation, prioritisation and traceability working, sometimes working with multiple program teams and senior stakeholders
·  Producing and maintaining delivery plans, RAID logs and associated management reporting
·  Self-motivated with the ability to challenge decisions where necessary 
·  An excellent communicator with strong oral and written skills
·  Technical Skills - JIRA, MS Office products, Confluence, etc
