We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Project Manager Jr - (Enablement Manager, Client Implementation)
Role Purpose:
Join HSBC Global Payments Solutions (GPS) as part of our Enablement management group, within our Client Implementation team. At HSBC, our GPS Client Implementation & Integration team is dedicated to enhancing client experiences and driving growth through seamlessly onboarding our cutting-edge Global Payments and Liquidity Solutions.
The role of the Enablement management group in Client Implementation is key to shaping global and local client relationships by managing multiple payments and liquidity projects to successful completion. You'll be at the forefront of maintaining GPS products for existing bank clients, ensuring seamless transitions, driving satisfaction, and supporting excellence.
Main Activities:
· Provide support on maintenance required for existing bank client base, utilizing your knowledge of Payments, Liquidity, ERP, and Regulatory Solutions.
· Coordinate Product and Channel fulfilment by ensuring that products and services are delivered in accordance with the scope outlined in the Statement of Work.
· Support proactive project management methodologies and organizational designs to assist in managing multiple client projects effectively.
· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple regions, under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager.
· Own client communication throughout the project lifecycle and beyond on simple ETB projects. Assist in client communication throughout the project lifecycle and beyond on complex ETB projects.
· Provide timely updates to the Project team and deal initiator on the status of all activities, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the process and verifying project setup ahead of providing confirmation.
· Ensure every client can operate their accounts and services as expected, and project expectations are met before a project is completed.
· Complete necessary internal forms related to fulfilment processes, including billing documents, accurately and promptly.
· Own E2E management of fulfilment requests with downstream operations teams via relevant mechanisms such as Client Sphere, email, or another workflow tool specified by the project team.
· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the areas of user experience, providing valuable feedback.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally, including Legal, Operations, IT, Sales, and Product, to optimize internal processes and project delivery.
· Assist in streamlining documentation processes using tools like GDocs to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
· Continuously adapt to balance and prioritize different demands of the team.
· Stay up to date with product and technical developments to support the most appropriate customer solution.
· Maintain a balanced approach to work and life, even when under pressure.
Requirements
· Experience in building effective client relationships and stakeholder management.
· Ability to own end-to-end project management on simple ETB projects.
· Detailed knowledge of GPS Products and Services.
· Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation creation and validation processes.
· Previous exposure to project management tasks or relevant qualifications is a plus.
Competencies
· Familiarity with design thinking principles is advantageous.
· Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
· Ability to manage competing deadlines effectively in real-time.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
