We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist .

Business: CTO Infrastructure

Principal responsibilities

·  Ensuring operational stability, integrity, and availability of the Internet browsing services/web secure gateways supported by the team.
·  Providing support in identification and resolution of incidents associated with the Proxy service.
·  Ensuring service resilience, service sustainability and recovery time objectives are met for all the aspects of the proxy services.
·  Identify improvements to existing solutions and processes.
·  Supporting and providing consultancy to customers and peers.
·  Providing support to production impacting incidents.

Requirements

·  Proven track record of working with Proxy technologies and solutions.
·  Experience and understanding of Bluecoat proxy environments.
·  Good knowledge of network fundamentals.
·  Good knowledge of Checkpoint firewalls and F5 load balancers.
·  Knowhow of leading SaaS SWG solutions like Zscaler and relevant management tools.
·  Good communication skills, and ability to communicate to different audiences and stakeholders.
·  Experience of working on large infrastructure deployments.  

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
