Job Summary
A/C Opening

Operations Support Specific :
1. Liaise with Local Custodians, Clients, Legal, Compliance and Regional Teams for daily enquiry from local custodian bank through regulatory platform to perform brokerage account setup.
2. Acting as gatekeeper to ensure static quality among the supporting and maintenance
3. Client reference/data management in between local and regional systems.

Core Processing (Settlement):
1. Act as Client Services and the Key contact to all stakeholder, including but not limit to internal but external:
2. Trade confirmation
3. Trade pre-matching
4. Settlement & Clearance
5. System enhancement to streamline the process.

Information
1. Local Senior Securities Broking License is must. 
2. Team player & Self-motivator 
3. Able to work under pressure 
4. Ability to manage priorities 
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills 
6. Control mindset 
7. BA degree (Business related is preferred)
