Responsible to:
· Support the Tax Managers on the preparation of working papers and review documentation for addressing tax audits from the Mex tax regulator working with Functions and Lines of Business outside Taxes, with a high quality on the deliveries and calculations.
· Prepare information to address tax audits: internal, external and from tax authorities.
· P articipate on the optimization of processes and working papers for HSBC México, including efficiencies and improvements on the reports supporting the tax calculations or the taxable income or tax deductions
Main activities
·
Address properly the tax audits, mainly from the Mexican Tax regulator, avoiding fines.
·
Working with the Tax team Managers and other areas who provide information for achieving tax compliance duties requested during the tax audits.
· Identification of any tax risk on the supporting documentation or potential tax issues to HBSC group.
· Follow directions and guidance from the tax managers to conduct the tax audits properly.
Requirements
·
· Desirable Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economic Areas.
· 2+ years of experience in Tax, specially on international services companies.
· Knowledge and experience on tax compliance matters.

· Resilient skills for constantly changing risk and tax environments.
· English skills - written and oral. (Medium level English required)
