About the job
Your main mission is to be the co-pilot of innovation and portfolio strategy to drive the category growth. More precisely, this will include:
· Innovation Leadership: Lead 3-year innovation funnel sufficiency and innovation prioritization across brands and segments to align on enterprise strategy and ambition. Work cross functionally with key category team members to combine consumer insights, scientific research, corporate strategy, customer/channel insights, and consumer needs to develop new value propositions. Synthesize thinking and strategies into actionable concepts.
· Innovation Execution: Plan and execute mid-long term product innovation initiatives from concept to development.
· Strategy Support: Support the marketing director in prioritizing the growth spaces to implement portfolio strategy, aligned with Global strategies and Local needs. Support the marketing director in key short and long term business planning processes to articulate and gain alignment to category brand plans.
· Analytical: Monitor and analyze key innovation metrics at an enterprise level and facilitate decision-making at the category level. This includes tracking innovation building blocks (including regional reporting) and efficiency assessment. Measure performance and carry out post-launch analyses to incorporate learnings into future innovations.
· Global Collaboration: Collaborate with the US & Global Groups to ensure shared learning and strategic alignment for growth maximization.

About you
The ideal candidate will meet the following:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or other business administration field
· Minimum of 5 years as a Marketing professional
· Strong understanding of the Canadian market complexity
· Autonomy: able to navigate and figure next steps, needs, etc.
· Crossfunctional Leadership: Ability to drive, guide and influence transversal teams
· Critical thinking: Agility to connect and synthetise all sources of informatio
