Danone Türkiye  is looking for a talented colleague for the  "Production Manager (Bursa) " position. 

 

As a  Production Manager , you will be reporting to the  Senior Plant Manager and will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our bottling plant, ensuring the production of high-quality products, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

In this role you will;

·  Efficiency Optimization: Maximize production efficiency and minimize downtime to ensure the smooth operation of the bottling line.
·  Quality Control: Maintain high-quality standards for the products being bottled, ensuring consistency and adherence to industry regulations.
·  Cost Management: Control and reduce production costs without compromising on quality, including managing resources and reducing waste.
·  Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed to maintain a safe working environment for employees.
·  Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to ensure a continuous supply without overstocking.
·  Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
·  Process Improvement: Continuously seek and implement improvements in the production process to enhance efficiency and quality.
·  Maintenance Oversight: Ensure that machinery and equipment are properly maintained and serviced to prevent breakdowns and extend their lifespan.
·  Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, solve problems, and make informed decisions.
·  Communication: Coordinate with other departments, such as supply chain, quality assurance, and maintenance, to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
·  Environmental Responsibility: Implement sustainable practices and manage waste to minimize the environmental impact of production activities.

About you

·  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
·  Proven experience in a production management role within the bottling or manufacturing industry.
·  Strong leadership and team management skills.
·  Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
·  In-depth knowledge of production management principles, quality control, and safety regulations.
·  Proficiency in production management software and data analysis tools.
·  Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
·  Commitment to continuous improvement and environmental sustainability.
