About the job

The position aims to lead the C&P function and implement the Global Functional Strategy.    The role leads key C&P transformational projects assuring connection with all D2D Functions, Central C&P and the South Cone CBUs.   Ensuring business case, efficiency and appropriate strategies are in place to maximize C&P efficiency and impact in the Zone

 

Business Strategy / Strategic Vision ​

· 
Leads the Sourcing and Sustainability function within South Cone. Countries: Argentina & Uruguay. Businesses: SN, Waters, EDP. 6 legal entities.​

· 
Stakeholder management: Key strategic suppliers, South Cone leadership team, WW Danone Organization ​

· 
Understands main market drivers leading a purchasing strategy that aligns with the zone and global needs.​

· 
Define, animates and co-lead with operations a productivity program at Zone level ​

· 
Implements, animates and leads the WW Sustainability Strategy in South Cone.​

· 
Able to anticipate potential supply disruptions and define long term actions to secure supply. ​

· 
Head of the Villavicencio Natural Reserve​

· 
Able to capture and implement innovative solutions from suppliers​

· 
Maximize Cost Savings opportunities in a sustainable way to impact consumer / costumer to fuel for growth​

· 
Help drive the organization capability and ways of working to maximize C&P Impact in the Zone​

Managerial complexity​

· 
Large number of stakeholders at local, regional and global level to interact with.  ​

· 
Drives continuous improvement mindset across the Zone​

· 
Leads a team of 60 FTE 

KEY DELIVERABLES​

· 
Business Impact – delivers C&P Global Functional targets on Efficiency, Supply Security and Sustainability.​

· 
Ensure fundamentals in place (KPI Scorecards etc)​

· 
Build a ‘total picture’ of C&P impact and achievements across the Zone. ​

· 
Maintains the confidence of all stakeholders.

KEY METRICS (Mission critical performance indicators):​

· 
Consistent, standard Zone reporting (ideally with automation designed in) ​

· 
Delivery of Must Win Battles ​

· 
Builds C&P Capability and team engagement and develops future talents.

About you

·  You will be a proven leader of Procurement experts
·  Experienced in working across complex multi layered relationships across Zones and Globally
·  Strength in understanding procurement across both direct and indirect materials 
·  Passionate to drive improvement and demonstrate value to Danone as a whole 
·  Strategic mindset and track record to drive change within Zone as well as contribute towards overall ambitions of the Global Function and Destination World Class
·  Excellent team player to represent Cycles & Procurement across the Zone and globally, inside and out of the business
