About the Job  

 

The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient, scalable, and secure IT solutions that align with Allianz's business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of architectural principles, enterprise systems, and the insurance industry to support the development and integration of innovative solutions.

 

 

What you do

·  Solution Design and Development:
·  Develop and implement IT architecture strategies that support Allianz's business goals.
·  Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
·  Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools to enhance the IT infrastructure.
·  Stakeholder Collaboration:
·  Work closely with business leaders, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
·  Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present architectural solutions.
·  Technical Leadership:
·  Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
·  Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation.
·  Project Management:
·  Lead the architectural aspects of major IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
·  Manage project risks and issues, providing solutions to mitigate them.
·  Compliance and Security:
·  Ensure all solutions comply with Allianz's security policies and regulatory requirements.
·  Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and address vulnerabilities.

 

What you bring

·  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
·  Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, preferably in the insurance industry.
·  Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
·  Proficiency in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
·  Experience with microservices architecture, API management, and integration technologies.
·  Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
·  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
