Join the Procurement Analytics team at Allianz Technology, based in our vibrant IT hub in Barcelona. We are a dynamic team dedicated to leveraging AI and Business Intelligence solutions to transform how we manage a multi-billion-euro expenditure portfolio.

What you do
· Oversee the production deployment and scaling of our existing Generative AI solution with high autonomy, expanding its reach to thousands of users and enhancing our service offerings.
· Design and scale enterprise-grade data pipelines to drive strategic decision-making and optimize financial and contractual data handling.
· Collaborate with data scientists and IT functions to ensure scalable and efficient AI solutions in production.
What you bring
· Proficiency in Python, with a strong emphasis on backend development and automation.
· Experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and backend systems.
· Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and a commitment to writing testable, maintainable code.
· Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, particularly in deploying and managing backend applications.
· Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools, ensuring smooth integration and deployment processes.
· Ability to contribute to projects from a strategic perspective, offering insights beyond software development.
· Interest in AI technologies and their application in data engineering projects.
· Strong communication skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with Azure DevOps and other CI/CD tools for backend development.
· Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
· Familiarity with data modeling techniques and database design principles.
· Exposure to project management methodologies and tools, aiding in effective project contribution and oversight.
· A proactive approach to problem-solving and a continuous learning mindset.
