About the Job

Support the work of the Service Owner for AI Services as a product by maintaining service description, controlling P&L, coordinate the operations and maintenance, monitoring SLA

What you do

 

  • Perform service controlling (P&L) and monitoring and SLA management
  • Plan resource, infrastructure, capacity and budget of the services in addition to the service components
  • Plan and setup the software as a service concept for a globally available service
  • Initiating planning and set up of new service components, communicate with customers
  • Coordinate the financials of the related software, complex server infrastructure and databases
  • Document, maintain and optimize processes and configurations related to the environments
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders in development, architecture, rollout and operations teams as well as with customers for releases/upgrades/changes
  • Manage and support service related risk assessments and audit

What you bring

 

  • At least 3 years’ experience in project management and strong financial knowledge
  • Solid understanding of Infrastructure architecture
  • ITIL
  • Experience with software as a service concept
  • Strong analytical and organization skills
  • Strong customer focus, adaptability and excellent communications skills
  • Advanced English is a must
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use
  • Preferred: Experience with Service Now
  • Optional: Experience in BI Project Management and Service delivery management
