Job description
What you do
· Lead and manage the first-line support team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of user issues and queries.
· Develop and implement support processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
· Monitor support team performance and provide guidance and training as needed.
· Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to BI systems, applications, and tools.
· Collaborate with data engineers and other technical teams to address complex issues and escalate as necessary.
· Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to BI systems, applications, and tools.
· Collaborate with DevOps engineers and other technical teams to address complex issues and escalate as necessary.
· Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to BI systems, applications, and tools.

What you bring
· Preferably at least 5 years’ experience in IT support
· At least 1 years’ experience with Microsoft Azure
· Solid understanding of cloud architecture
· Strong troubleshooting skills
· Organizing abilities
· Strong customer focus
· Can rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
· Advanced English is a must
· Excellent communication skills with high customer focus
