Join Allianz as a Senior Project Manager, where you'll lead a team of project managers and drive the delivery of complex change initiatives. You'll play a crucial role in shaping business strategy with Executive members, ensuring our customer-centric approach remains at the heart of our insurance propositions. Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working options while contributing to our dynamic and fast-paced environment. This will hybrid role can be worked from either our Bournemouth office or Lodnon Office.
Salary Information
Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
About You
- You will thrive in multi-stakeholder programmes, adapting your approach to work with colleagues of various disciplines and seniority.
- Managing large-scale projects and multiple work streams, you will coordinate with a remote workforce around the UK using technology.
- You will apply your knowledge and experience to complex projects, shaping and delivering business strategy.
- Interacting with Executive level stakeholders, you will present opinions, solve problems, and influence outcomes.
- Collaborating with external third parties and partners, including technology providers, will be part of your day-to-day activities.
Essential Skills
- Proven track record as a competent and effective Project Manager.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to deliver project requirements.
- Experience managing projects with various frameworks, including Agile.
- Ability to work with Executive level stakeholders and influence outcomes.

Desirable Skills
- Experience in Financial Services, particularly Insurance.
- Previous people management experience is helpful, though not essential.
- Comfort in working with external third parties and partners.
- Familiarity with a range of project/programme management frameworks.
