Job description

We are looking for a Developer / DevOps Engineer to join our teams and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of applications that deliver high value to the business.

Scope of Work:

Design and maintain centralized repositories to provide a unified customer view enriched with knowledge and insights.

Build repositories synchronized with existing systems and applications.

Provide a complete 360° client view including personal data, associated equipment, contracts, claims, and customer interactions.

Support the development of repositories for future CRM systems, ensuring seamless integration with business processes and user needs.

Profile Sought:
Professional with expertise in:

1. IT tools and technologies

2. Design, configuration, implementation, development, maintenance, and problem resolution of standard or client-specific customised software applications

3. Software development, deployment, and support life cycles

4. Writing technical specifications, technical design documents, and requirement analysis

Furthermore, they should demonstrate:

Competencies in state-of-the-art methodologies for software development (e.g., Agile).

Ability to comprehend logical database models and their impact/interconnections on the application and overall architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and maintain applications and repositories to meet business needs.

Ensure performance, stability, and data consistency across integrated systems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

Contribute to testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.

Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Technologies Covered:

Languages & Databases: Java, DB2, SQL, MongoDB

Integration & APIs: API CISL, JSON, Kafka

Monitoring & Performance: Splunk, Dynatrace

Data & Caching: Infinispan

Expected Competencies:

Strong experience in application development and DevOps practices.

Ability to design and optimize repositories and integration flows.

Knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Comfortable working in Agile and DevOps environments.
