Reporting to General Manager Digital, you will spearhead the design, development, daily operations, governance and delivery of digital sales and service platforms for our customers and partners. Additionally, you will advance the long term development and uplift of our capabilities, including digital, data and customer contact management. This entails leveraging global best practice by drawing on a detailed understanding of the Allianz marketing technology capabilities. This includes contributing to the Digital First strategy and Global Digital Greatness strategic direction by creating a strategic vision for the transition of offline sales and service to an online environment and delivering signature digital experiences through contemporary user interface and user experience interfaces.
About the role
- Own platform and business strategy for Digital Consumer Applications, developing roadmaps to maximise value for the Consumer division and its customers
- Serve as Business Owner for Retail applications, ensuring alignment and delivery of initiatives with Consumer strategic priorities
- Lead efficient solution design and monitor platform performance, ensuring maintenance aligns with service level agreements
- Collaborate across Consumer division and stakeholders in other divisions to create digital experiences that win, retain, and grow customers
- Drive strategic priorities, ensuring successful implementation through governance frameworks
- Plan and implement platform capabilities in line with Consumer Strategy and Lifecycle management, supporting partner integration and data governance
- Lead and manage Product Owners across various platforms and vendors, ensuring compliance with operational controls frameworks
- Stay informed on global best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing and analytics, contributing to internal education
- Build advisory partnerships with senior stakeholders to translate Group and local strategy into capability and investment requirements
- Work closely with Digital Centre of Excellence teams to align digital experiences with Allianz Voice of Customer KPIs
- Engage stakeholders to translate strategic drivers into requirements for the Allianz Australia digital strategy
- Coach and develop team members to build high-performing, collaborative teams with robust talent development plans
About you
- Demonstrated experience as a business owner of applications within a sales and service environment
- Comprehensive understanding of applications, MarTech, infrastructure and demand and capacity management
- Significant experience delivering projects using agile methodologies
- Demonstrated evidence of ability to manage program plans and deliver projects outcomes within time, budget and resource constraints
- Previous experience working in a relevant regulatory or legislative environment and ideally within a global, complex organisation
- Extensive experience in stakeholder management and partner engagement
- Excellent commercial acumen and ability to develop commercial business cases for CapEx and OpEx investment
- A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT or similar
