Job description

We are looking for a Developer / DevOps Engineer to join our teams and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of applications that deliver high value to the business.

Scope of Work:

Design and maintain centralized repositories to provide a unified customer view enriched with knowledge and insights.

Build repositories synchronized with existing systems and ensure seamless integration across platforms.

Provide a complete 360° client view including personal data, contracts, claims, and customer interactions.

Support the development of repositories for future CRM systems, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.

Profile Sought:
Professional with expertise in:

1. IT tools and technologies

2. Design, configuration, implementation, development, maintenance, and problem resolution of standard or client-specific customised software applications

3. Software development, deployment, and support life cycles

4. Writing technical specifications, technical design documents, and requirement analysis

Furthermore, they should demonstrate:

Competencies in state-of-the-art methodologies for software development (e.g., Agile).

Ability to comprehend logical database models and their impact/interconnections on the application and overall architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and maintain applications aligned with business requirements.

Ensure performance, stability, and data consistency across repositories and systems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver effective solutions.

Support testing, deployment, and monitoring in production.

Contribute in an Agile/Scrum environment, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Technologies Covered:

Languages & Databases: Java, DB2, SQL, MongoDB

Integration & APIs: API CISL, JSON, Kafka

Monitoring & Performance: Splunk, Dynatrace

Data & Caching: Infinispan

Expected Competencies:

Strong experience in application development and DevOps practices.

Knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases.

Experience with data integration, APIs, and streaming technologies.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Comfortable working in Agile and DevOps environments.
