What you do

 

We’re looking for a driven and strategic professional to join our Sales team as an Account and Project Manager. This position blends client relationship management with a strong emphasis on project leadership. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years’ experience in consulting, strong proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools, and a solid track record of managing multidisciplinary projects. You’ll play a central role in identifying client needs, generating insights from business data, and ensuring delivery of tailored, high-value solutions across the insurance and assistance service portfolio. You’ll be part of a dynamic, collaborative, and innovative environment, where impact, inclusion, and customer orientation are core pillars. You will have the opportunity to lead high-level commercial initiatives and directly contribute to the strategic positioning of the company. 

 

Main resposabilities

 

    • Lead commercial projects involving cross-functional internal teams and external stakeholders.

    • Analyze business needs and translate them into viable, effective commercial solutions.

    • Oversee the execution of commercial projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and expected outcomes.

    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and coordinate continuous improvement plans.

    • Prepare presentations, commercial proposals, and strategic recommendations tailored to each client.

    • Ensure smooth coordination between client expectations and internal service delivery, acting as a liaison between commercial and operational teams.

    • Apply data analysis and business intelligence tools to generate insights that support commercial decision-making and the design of personalized solutions.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to drive process improvement and ensure the quality of delivered services

    • Manage and develop client relationships, fostering strategic growth and satisfaction.

 

What you bring

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in consulting or strategic project management roles.

  • Solid understanding of commercial dynamics in insurance, assistance services, or financial sectors.

  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis and BI tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and interact with senior stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with client-centric focus.

  • Ability to translate complex business challenges into structured, actionable solutions.

  • Organizational agility, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving approach.

  • Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English
