Job description

Sales Intern - 3 / 6 month placement

Allianz Partners is looking for a Sales Intern for a 3-6 month period to join our business in Singapore.

The key Responsibilities will include:

Business:

  1. Work with the CSO and/or sales manager to complete assigned tasks
  2. Update sales reports and documents on a regular basis
  3. Observe the sales cycle from pitching, negotiation, closing and implementation
  4. Communicating with partners at the CSO and/or manager’s request
  5. Conduct research and market insight
  6. Develop sales pitch and contribute to sales strategies when required
  7. Attend meetings with CSO and/or sales manager when required
  8. Provide customer service support to walk-in customers
  9. Other ah-doc tasks and projects when required 

 

Sales Support & Administrative:

 

  1. Data entry and tracking for different lines of business for billing
  2. Contracts – database maintenance and ensure execution forms are signed off  
  3. Tracking of outstanding sales support items
  4. Timely response to invoicing queries / credit note requests from clients
  5. Send out monthly sales reports to clients
  6. Ensure customer satisfaction survey is sent to for auditing purposes
