In this PMO role, you will lead strategic projects, support nearshore initiatives, and collaborate with international teams in a dynamic, innovative, and results-driven environment. What you do

  • Manage projects of varying complexity using established methods, processes, and tools to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality deliverables.
  • Advise customers and stakeholders, actively clarifying their expectations and requirements, while ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and manage stakeholders, establishing robust project communication structures.
  • Plan, monitor, control, and report project progress to project management governance, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Take responsibility for CT1GER nearshore reporting, including current savings and development forecasts.
  • Collaborate closely with Nearshore Hubs in Budapest (BUD) and Barcelona (BCN), supporting interdisciplinary development and implementation of the nearshore strategy across CT1GER departments.
  • Conduct nearshore surveys to enhance the strategy and prepare for Hub visits in BCN and BUD.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of databases towards PowerBI integration.

 

What you bring

  • Completed studies in (business) informatics, mathematics, business administration with an IT focus, or a related field, with demonstrated IT skills from internships.
  • Passionate about digital topics with an entrepreneurial mindset, ready to take responsibility and drive change.
  • Possess project management skills, customer relationship management, and understanding of (IT) service management and organizations.
  • Strong analytical, methodological, and conceptual thinking, with proficiency in moderation and presentation techniques.
  • Knowledge of relevant products, services, internal standards, processes, rules, and procedures.
  • Sound knowledge of at least one database technology and one programming language.
  • Strong Excel skills and good numerical understanding.
  • Proactive and structured working methodology, with experience working with top management.
  • Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
  • PMO experience, with additional experience in "Nearshore" topics and/or understanding of AZ Technology as an advantage.
