Job description

The After Sales Support – Policy Administrator manages the tasks related to controlling data-entry, data-analysis, card-printing/processing information to ensure that the quality standards set by the clients are closely met, in terms of accuracy and turn-around time.

 

What you do

•Manages inclusion/ changes of pricelists , medical networks to the client scheme and database system.
•Manages communication with the payers for prices clarification also with rest of internal stakeholders (claims, pre-cert—etc.) and any further medical inquiries.
•Maintains high quality outputs of pricelists and network updates as communicated from the payer to satisfy clients’ preset standard of service and avoid any claims’ leakage.
•Issues periodic or daily report on performance.
•Meets further complex requirements, such as new enhancements .
•Keeps accurate records on the various activities for internal and external review.
•AI READINESS Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data, analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.
 
What you bring
 
•Bachelors Degree ( Medical background is a plus )
•2+ years experience in TPA Hospitals or Medical Centers exposure a plus .
•Physically fit to carry out duties.
•Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.
•Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills.
