Job Overview

Are you a dynamic educator with a passion for global operations? Allianz Partners Health is seeking a Training Specialist to lead the delivery of instructor-led training across our international functions.

In this role, you will be the face of our onboarding and professional development programs. Working alongside a global team of Training Specialists and Instructional Designers, you will ensure our staff is equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide world-class service. From conducting training needs analyses to maintaining our digital knowledge base, you will play a pivotal role in driving performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Delivery: Facilitate engaging instructor-led training sessions both in-person and remotely for our global operations team.
  • Onboarding Excellence: Lead new hire orientation and onboarding programs, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees into the business.
  • Program Development: Design training programs rooted in adult learning principles and modern methodologies to meet evolving business needs.
  • Quality & Compliance: Periodically evaluate training content to ensure "audit-ready" status and alignment with IT, regulatory, and product changes.
  • Collaboration: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for new client onboarding; partner with Instructional Designers and Business Solutions to create tailored e-learning and manuals.
  • Performance Improvement: Conduct training needs analyses to identify knowledge gaps and execute monthly training plans to bridge them.
  • Impact Measurement: Use qualitative and quantitative feedback to measure training effectiveness and maintain a continuous feedback loop with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge Management: Manage the internal knowledge base and provide support for staff queries on our Blended e-learning platform.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Trainer or in a related Learning & Development role, with a proven track record of delivering classroom and online learning.
  • Education: Certificate or Diploma in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • Communication: Fluency in English (written and verbal) and excellent presentation skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with e-learning platforms.
  • Soft Skills: A customer-focused mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems analytically.
  • Adaptability: The ability to work independently while thriving within a multicultural, global team environment.
