About the role

·  Act as TEX PMO to ensure a successful TPC implementation which includes Central Coordination and Communication, Ambition Setting and Resource Management, Business Area Coordination and Planning, Task Implementation and Assurance and Progress Monitoring and Reporting.
·  Supporting TLT, SMT and Board reporting for TEX milestone status and timelines.
·  Leading development of pricing team processes towards consistent global-best-practice approaches across pricing teams, and in alignment with Global P&C
·  Ensuring that pricing requirements for Transformation projects (e.g. BMP, MCP, Broker Connectivity etc.) enable target TEX certification ambitions, and escalation of any gaps.
·  Assessing/piloting changes to workplace technology and/or champion for change to enable advanced analytics capabilities.
·  Supporting data office initiatives as the de facto Technical division data steward.

 

About you

·  Tertiary qualification in actuarial studies, mathematics or other relevant discipline.
·  Extensive experience in a complex, matrixed general insurance or financial services organisation.
·  Highly developed ‘first principles’ problem-solving skills combined with a curious and creative mind-set.
·  Highly developed consulting and influencing skills, demonstrating the ability to co-create solutions with key business stakeholders.
·  Demonstrated ability in innovative development practices and processes that improves efficiency and effectiveness of Pricing operations.
·  Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence.
