What you do

 

配合企业战略和渠道业务发展目标，结合渠道业务布局，分析判断核心业务的传播需求；

针对内外部沟通对象，主动并创新地利用多元的数字化手段和平台，开展有效的宣传推广活动支持公司和渠道，提升安联人寿的品牌形象；

全力支持公司业务发展、品牌活动、雇主品牌等宣传；

为公司外部宣传，开展各类提供支持，如撰写宣传文案、平面设计，视频剪辑等。

What you bring

 

本科及以上学历；

3-5年以上金融行业的渠道支持、品牌宣传、市场活动，企业传播等相关工作经验；

注重细节，具备优秀的组织能力与项目管理能力及沟通能力；

擅长策划文案，撰写新闻稿和落实各项对外部宣传工作；

图片或视频编辑能力，擅长为不同媒介创作引人入胜的视觉内容；

富有创新思维，对学习内容创作的新工具与技术充满热情；

有金融行业宣传工作经验，擅长视频剪辑或摄影摄像，会AE视频后期者优先考虑。
