Key responsibilities 
 
•    Project Management: Helping to coordinate and manage the “Ideation” and “Proof of Concept” (POC) phase of (Gen)AI projects, including tracking progress and ensuring timelines are met. Support the team in their scrum rituals (e.g.: Dailies, sprint planning, retrospective etc.) 

•    Lead Generation: Support in identifying potential business opportunities and supporting the process of reaching out to potential clients or partners. 
•    Sales Support: Preparing presentations, business development proposals, and other sales materials, and assisting in the organization of meetings and follow-ups. 
•    Content Creation: Assisting in the creation of marketing materials, demos, videos, newsletters etc. 
•    Support Event Planning: Assist in organizing and executing promotional events e.g. AI Talks  
•    Training and Development: Participating in (Gen)AI training sessions and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to business development. 
•    Contribute to Innovation: Provide fresh ideas from an academic perspective to enhance business strategies. 
•    Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring that all business development activities comply with corporate policies and procedures and maintaining accurate documentation. 

Key requirements
 
•    Enrollment in a German University, or in a gap year 
•    Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g. Business Administration, Data Science, or related fields) 
•    Basic understanding of AI concepts and technologies
•    Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g, Agile, Scrum)
•    Familiarity with marketing and communication methodologies 
•    Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience in collaborating with international teams is a plus 
•    Proficient in MS Office (esp. Power Point, Excel, Word) 
•    Fluent in spoken/written English; German and additional languages are a plus 
You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to  6 months in full-time (38h/week)
