What you do

 

制定客户价值管理策略,构建客户管理框架;

组织、协调并积极参与与提升客户体验相关的项目和举措;

制定并完善用于客户沟通的文件指南和材料,并对销售团队和日常运营中与客户的沟通的工作部分进行监督;

把消费者调研和分析报告转化到提升消费者体验的具体工作措施;

进行客户数据库管理,建立并监督对消费者信息交叉使用的规则;

其他主管分配的工作。

What you bring

 

熟悉保险机构经营及客户价值管理(客户服务、客户数据分析、NPS管理)等相关流程及运作;

熟悉保险机构战略,具备业务经营流程及相关运作经验;

具有咨询、客户管理和战略企划工作经验优先,具备跨部门沟通及协调能力;

英文书面及口语表达流利。
