Key responsibilities
· Interacting on a timely basis with the Hiring Manager/ Client to understand specific hiring requirements
· Assisting on developing sourcing approaches in consultation with the Hiring Manager/ Client and Allianz Services Mauritius subject matter experts
· Acting as a recruitment subject matter expert and championing Allianz Services Mauritius standard delivery solutioning
· Executing and monitoring sourcing activities and programs across a variety of channels, including leveraging internal sourcing capabilities
· Identifying screening criteria and screening pre-qualified candidates, presenting a shortlist to Hiring Manager for review
· Monitoring and tracking candidate pipeline and ensuring that it is adequate to meet the requirements of the open vacancies
· Extending and negotiating offers; managing subsequent employment contract generation
· Communicating outcomes of selection process and organizing onboarding with Onboarding Team and Hiring Manager/ Client
· Providing regular updates and feedback to Managers
· Ensuring the recruitment process lifecycle is completed in a timely, efficient and professional manner at all times; minimizing time to hire
· Supporting Talent Attraction Lead in monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs), client dependencies, key operational metrics, and process and data compliance regularly; escalating or resolving issues where appropriate
· Using recruitment tools appropriately and with a focus on data integrity to ensure accurate reporting and compliance to data protection
· Supporting the Talent Attraction Lead in working with other recruiters, operations management or workforce planning teams to understand short and long term talent objectives and hiring forecasts for areas of responsibility
· Supporting Talent Attraction Lead in interacting on a timely basis with the internal and/or external stakeholders to understand specific sourcing requirements
· Developing, executing and measuring sourcing approaches in consultation with subject matter experts
· Mastering and efficiently executing the recruitment process from start to end in terms of administration, follow-up, onboarding, and addressing relevant contractual queries and employment conditions
Key requirements
Skills and competencies
· Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience
· Strong knowledge of the ICT sector
· Excellent communication skills
· Attention to details
· Relationship and pipeline management skills
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Management, or other related field
