The primary purpose of this role is to provide administrative and organisational support to three General Managers across Workplace Services, Enterprise Resilience and Risk to enable them to focus on the delivery of core business objectives.

 

About the role

  • Manage diaries, correspondence, and calls, ensuring requests are handled with care, clarity, and timely follow-through.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and logistics, preparing agendas, minutes, and action items to support shared alignment.
  • Nurture smooth team operations by organising events, travel, and engagements in line with preferred supplier and policy guidelines.
  • Carefully prepare and maintain communications, presentations, reports, and confidential documents to support the leadership team.
  • Maintain orderly systems and records, including databases, document control, and expense reconciliation, with attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Foster an inclusive, safe, and customer-centred environment by upholding diversity, wellbeing, and compliance while thoughtfully identifying and addressing risks.

 

About you

  • Proven experience providing high-level administrative support, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, organisation, and team care within corporate environments.
  • Clear, thoughtful communicator with the ability to build trust, convey information with warmth and confidence, and positively influence outcomes.
  • Comfortable using systems, software, databases, and reporting tools to support smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Detail-focused, bringing care, accuracy, and conscientiousness to tasks while quickly noticing and resolving inconsistencies.
  • Highly organised and responsive, able to prioritise with empathy, balance competing demands, and manage internal relationships to ensure expectations are met on time and with clarity.
  • A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
