About the role

  • Drive the strategic growth of key financial institution partnerships focusing on expanding the portfolio and implementing new business and key retention strategies.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with Partners by understanding their evolving needs and  identifying opportunities to introduce products and upgrades that add value.
  • Grow and enrich existing partner portfolios with care, while thoughtfully managing budgets to support sustainable success.
  • Act as a dedicated partner liaison, fostering open communication and supporting Partners strategic planning with empathy and attentiveness.
  • Monitor progress and maintain clear, organised records, applying effective, appropriate sales methodologies and ensuring Partners follow compliance guidelines.

 

About you

  • Brings strong Account Management experience, within financial services or insurance with solid experience driving strategic growth through key partnerships.
  • Proven strategic sales ability and industry knowledge, able to understand market needs for effective business planning.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to lead and influence at all levels and drive your strategic vision with clarity and impact.
  • Actively cultivates and nurtures professional relationships and networks, strengthening industry ties and encouraging mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Skilled in collaborative business planning, to understand Partners’ requirements and solutions to identify and close business development opportunities that contribute to portfolio growth.
  • A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
