Communications Intern - Talent Learning and Engagement CoE

 

The Communications Intern of the Talent learning & Engagement (TLE) Center of Expertise( CoE) at Allianz Partners will support the CoE in refining and implementing a holistic, employee-centric communications plan & offering. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global organization, contributing to projects that enhance leadership development, succession planning, and employee experience. Mastery of English and a strong willingness to learn and innovate are essential.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Talent Campaign Coordination: Collaborate in the design and implementation of the 2026 talent campaign, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives and addressing employee needs.
  • Program Management Support: Contribute to the execution of development programs such as Evolve & Unleash, focusing on feedback analysis and continuous improvement.
  • Content Creation and Enhancement: Develop and refine communication materials, including presentations, newsletters, and digital content, with an emphasis on clear and engaging English language for talent management, upskilling, and engagement surveys.
  • SharePoint Administration: Leverage SharePoint to efficiently organize, manage, and disseminate talent learning and engagement resources and communications, fostering a unified team perspective.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to analysis and present data in an effective manner.
  • Visibility and Recognition: Introduce innovative ideas and explore opportunities for external recognition, providing support in the application process.
  • Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.

 

 

Key requirements:

 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Mastery of English with exceptional written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Highly structured, with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Creative, innovative mindset, with an interest in enhancing employee experience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
