Join us as a Senior Pricing Analyst and help shape the future of our SME Street Pricing Team.
You'll play a key role in delivering competitive pricing, impactful analysis tools, and supporting our Digital business to achieve ambitious growth plans. With major transformation underway — including the adoption of Radar Live — this is an exciting moment to influence how we evolve.

Location: This role is based in our Guildford office. We offer a Hybrid working model and the team works 1 day per week in the office and 4 days at home.

Salary Information
Pay: Circa £60,000 per year.
Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
About You
As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for:
- Build sophisticated pricing models using Willis Tower Watson tools (Radar and Emblem) to predict the impact of pricing decisions before they are deployed to market
- Play a key role in the delivery and enhancement of our WTW Radar Live capability and price optimisation process
- Work closely with our Underwriting colleagues to identify opportunities to enhance pricing and compete more effectively in the market
- Be responsible for deploying rating enhancements to market in a timely and precise manner
- Contribute to the development of pricing structures and strategies to achieve growth and profitability objectives
- Share and promote knowledge, skills and best working practices within the team, as well as guiding and mentoring junior members of the team
Essential Skills
To be successful in this role you will have;
- Excellent problem-solving skills, logically working through scenarios and thinking multiple steps ahead to understand potential impacts
- Experience of using data analytics tools for example Python, R, SAS, SQL, Excel, VBA
- Previous experience using WTW Radar
- Well-developed analytical and data interpretation skills when working with large volumes of complex data
- Ability to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- You will be qualified to degree level and have a high degree of numerical ability: E.g. Mathematics, Economics, Statistics
Desirable Skills
- Business acumen as well as an understanding of the insurance sector – commercial insurance knowledge desirable but not essential
