Operational Support and Project Management Specialist

Job description

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Consolidating Business Unit reports periodically,
  • Consolidating and report operational documents on behalf of COO for group and global business units,
  • Follow up the works assigned to Operations Units by COO,
  • Managing full project management life cycle of complex / cross-functional initiatives,
  • Manage expectations of all stakeholders via transparent status reports and other communications.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Efficiency: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail,
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent ability to analyse complex data and draw meaningful conclusions,
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English,
  • Degree in relevant departments,
  • Strong command in Excel and Powerpoint,
  • Prone to teamwork, proactive and strong business follow ability,
  • 3 years of experience in project management.
