Welcome to PIMCO Prime Real Estate

 

We are looking for an intern (m/f/d) for our modern and innovative location in Munich.

 

As part of the Munich team, this position offers you the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of marketing and communications in a global environment. The Marketing & Communications team is culturally diverse and works across four locations in Europe. You will be involved in a range of marketing and internal communication activities using both digital and traditional approaches. Working primarily with one of our senior marketing managers, you will support the external and internal promotion of how we successfully manage the buildings in our global portfolio. This will include storytelling content, presentations and reports, and also events and digital channels.

 

What you do

 

 

· 
You will support a key area of our business – Asset Management – with the production written content and stories related to how we manage our real estate portfolio, for both internal and external audiences.

· 
Your responsibilities will include working with our SharePoint-based intranet platform to publish content.

· 
You will organize photoshoots of our key buildings using an online booking platform.

· 
Additionally, you will assist the Events Manager with ad hoc tasks related to our participation in major real estate trade fairs and other industry events.

·  General administrative tasks to support the Marketing & Communications team will also be part of your role.

 

 

What you bring

·  Studies in Communications, Marketing, Sociology, Psychology or Economics
·  Proactive, hands-on and creative problem-solving mindset
·  Proficient in MS Office applications
·  Excellent in written and spoken English, with German, French or other European languages appreciated
·  Team player with willingness to learn
·  Ability to work proactively, independently and under time pressure
·  Good communication and presentation skills
