We are announcing an opening for the following position in our Budapest Office with home office opportunities:
Head of CRM, Campaign and Market research
What you’ll do:
- Creation and continuous management of the annual CRM and campaign plan, including lead management, in close cooperation with sales area
- Manage market research, NPS, VoC measurement, and related actions
- As a team-leader managing CRM and campaign management team (supervision, development, professional support) ensuring meeting plan and timely execution
- Managing target group selections to contribute successful sales campaigns (direct and agent channel)
- Supporting growth and development of sales channel (including online and outbound telesales activity) working with cross-functional teams
- Drive of digital sales lead activities and stakeholder alignment; managing relationship and operation for lead activities
- Continuous monitoring and analysis of campaign results, effectiveness analyses, back-measurements, defining efficiency-enhancing proposals along these lines, and incorporating them into daily operations
- Active participation in the development regarding to CRM and campaign processes: formulation of business needs, creation of business specifications, testing,
- Run campaigns in SalesForce and Adobe
- Contributing to the further development of the CRM systems and processes
- Performing regular data services, preparing CRM and campaign reports, continuously updating the reporting system
What you bring:
- College/university degree (preferably economics, marketing and/or IT)
- 3-5 years experience or more in operative CRM or campaign management, preferably in insurance industry with team-lead/manager experience
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of CRM and/or campaign management systems (e.g.: Salesforce, Adobe, Microsoft CRM)
- Basic familiarity with available AI tools such as ChatGPT
- Motivation and drive to maximize value from new approaches and modern sales/campaign solutions
- Advanced level of English (written & spoken)
- Ability to coordinate others, team-player, motivational strength (self-motivation and motivating others)
- Strategical thinking and customer-centric view
- Capability to work independently, proactivity
- Advanced level of MS Office tool (namely Excel)
- Market research experience, openness, NPS, VoC, customer experience
