You'll be responsible for:
- Issue new/renewal policy contracts, manuscript preparation and documentation
- Administer contractual updates/admin updates/policy termination
- Prepare renewal notice
- Chase premium base/book premium base in system and calculation of premium
- Prepare bonus/ malus calculation
- Issue premium invoices/fee invoices/double tax deduction letter
- Perform reconciliation of accounts with reinsurer
- Undertake dunning process and assist in credit control matters
- Coordinate with various department to monitor collection & follow-up outstanding premium and fee receivable.
- Generate regular / adhoc reports
- Manage and answer queries from internal and external clients
- Ensure proper filing and recording of documents, policies and endorsements for document control
- Any other duties as and when deemed necessary.
Important to your success:
- Minimum 2 years work experience in managing Trade Credit Insurance portfolio.
- Degree in Business / Finance / Actuarial / ICT, Insurance Studies or related fields.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high learning agility plus work efficiency.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, with good communication skills.
- Strong computer application skills, eg: Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
- Advantage to candidates with AMII qualification or equivalent.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot is an added advantage.
