Job description

HR IT Solution Architect

 

Allianz Technology is supporting the so called global Allianz Employee Master Platform (EMP) with roll-outs, project implementation and application maintenance services based on SAP SuccessFactors and multiple other HR tools, all of which are Software as a Service applications. In addition, ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (SNOW HRSD) is being added as a Core Platform into the HR IT Landscape, to provide capabilities such as HR Ticketing (case management), Employee Onboarding or an Alumni Portal. Furthermore, AZ Technology needs to ensure the system configurations, identification/access management and infrastructure are compliant with global / local IT regulatory requirements for the Finance and Insurance Industry.

 

Allianz Technology is responsible to keep the HR IT landscape supportable, compatible with updates from SAP/other vendors and future-proof. They resolve current design gaps, and add new functionality. Therefore, the existing SAP SuccessFactors systems as well as other HR tools and infrastructure need to be reviewed, analyzed, and improved to provide superior service to the end-customers of EMP.

 

Hence, AZ Technology requires consulting to the overall HR IT Landscape, majorly for SAP SuccessFactors and its integration with SNOW HRSD. Therefore we are looking for HR IT Solution Architect profiles covering following scope:

 

  • Assessment of current and future Solution Architecture or HR IT Landscape, with major focus on SAP SuccessFactors and its integration with SNOW HRSD
  • Analysis of complex demand/change requests in the area of SAP SuccessFactors and developing configuration/concept designs for implementation
  • Create and review the documentation of HR IT Architecture, Integrations, Data Models adhering to latest Compliance and IT Security requirements
  • Consulting re Identity and Access Management (login methods, handling of permissions)
  • Consulting re information security requirements and re mitigation of IT Security Risks
  • Enhancement of system performance analysis (majorly SuccessFactors)
  • Consulting how to implement IT regulatory requirements for the Finance and Insurance industry to stay compliant and audit-proof
  • SAP SuccessFactors Provisioning support

 

Skills required

  • SAP SuccessFactors: Platform, SAP Cloud, BTP, Story Reports, SuccessFactors EC and minimum 2-3 other modules, preferably Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0
  • Integration: SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center, SAP Cloud Integration (CI, formerly CPI)
  • Optional: ServiceNow HRSD and Platform skills
  • Optional: OpenText skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to exchange ideas and information effectively in a concise and logical way. Driving budget and cost-effective planning and design.
  • Excellent consulting, communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Proven experience in full project lifecycle implementation, from requirements gathering to solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
